Cat Boarding
Going out of town on a trip? Having visitors over who are allergic to cats? Vista Pet Lodge is a unique luxury cat boarding facility nestled in a quiet rural setting. We are conveniently located near Calgary, Langdon and Strathmore. We offer cat parents carefree, 5-star accommodations for their feline friends when they can't be together. Specially designed for the comfort, happiness and safety of your cat, Vista Pet Lodge provides the ultimate in cat accommodation and care. We are an owner-operated facility offering only a select number of suites. This allows us to provide more personalized services and one-on-one attention to each cat in our care. As an added benefit, all cat suites are located in a home setting so your precious one can have a relaxing and comfortable stay while experiencing the familiar sights, sounds and smells of a home environment.
Cat Suites:
Each cat suite can fit up to 2 cats from the same household comfortably. Every suite includes a litter box, food dishes, scratching post and bed. However you are welcome to bring your cat's favourite bed from home to make him/her feel more comfortable. If your cat is friendly with people he/she can roam supervised in the common area. We only allow one cat (or multiple cats from the same household) to roam free at a time.

Rates:
Our daily rate is $20 per day per cat. 25% discount for two or more cats from the same household. Check out time is 10am. After 10am the daily rate will be charged. We also offer nail trimming at $20 per cat.
*For all new customers we require pre-payment upon arrival by cash or email transfer.
Our daily rates include overnight cat accommodation, water, feeding (free-fed or twice a day as per your instructions), cleaning of litter box, supervised time to roam in the communal area (if your cat is friendly).

Policies:
The following policies are enforced to protect your cat’s safety and the safety and comfort of our other guests:
Food: in order to avoid any upset stomachs, cat parents must bring their own food for the duration of your cat's stay
Vaccines: your cat must be healthy and current on vaccines. We require that your cat be vaccinated for feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia (3-in-1) and rabies (if it has gone outside) at least 2 weeks prior to boarding. We do NOT accept cats that have tested positive for Feline Leukemmia (FeLV). If your cat has gone outside, we also strongly recommend flea/lice control such as Advantage . If we notice fleas or lice on your cat, we will administer appropriate treatment and the cost will be added to your bill. If your cat requires emergency veterinary attention while in our care, the vet charges will be added to your bill. All adult cats must be spayed/neutered.
